Deliciously rich and moist, our 2.25kg carrot cake is made with shredded carrot, pineapple, whole eggs and wheat flour. A sprinkle of cinnamon and spices create an enticing aroma. Topped with icing made from Neufchatel cheese and finished with crumbed walnuts our Carrot Cake has a classic look with an indulgent taste.
